Superworms eat oatmeal, whole wheat bread, greens and other veggies. Keep them closer together so they dont pupate and always have a moisture source, veggies, potatoes, carrots to deter them from cannibalizing each other. 

Zophobas morio is a species of darkling beetle, whose larvae are known by the common name Superworms, King Worms, Morio Worms or simply Zophobas.

These tend to be higher in fat than other feeders, and are generally recommended to be a treat. If used as a sole feeder some lizards can develop fatty liver disease.
